Country Comfort began the manufacture of our herbal salves and lip balms in the mid seventies.  At this time effective, natural salves and  lip cremes were extremely hard to come by in the marketplace.  We knew it was time to make our own.  Our products were very well recieved and the company was immediately successful.  Years passed and the company grew.  Testimonial letters from satisfied customers came from across the United States and Canada. Additionally, we recieved many requests for natural baby products.  In early, 1979 we began the formulation and packaging design for our baby skin care line. By fall, Country Comfort baby skin care products were introduced to consumers.  The success of this new line was immediate and now for over thirty years has been trusted by mothers across the nation and surrounding countries.
